Improved Metagloves Pro calibration and solver
Enhanced the calibration and solver for Metagloves Pro, aimed to extract the full potential of the hardware. Providing more accurate finger tracking.
Improved Metagloves Pro firmware
The new Metagloves Pro 5.14 firmware optimizes the scheduling and filtering of sensor data, resulting in significant improvements to the sensor latency:
- Wired Metagloves Pro sensor data latency is now 4x lower, at only ~25ms ± 4.5ms.
- Wireless Metagloves Pro sensor data latency is now 3x lower, at only ~41.5ms ± 4.5ms.
MANUS ROS2 package and example
Introduced a new MANUS ROS2 package that publishes glove data as ROS2 topics making it easier than ever to integrate MANUS gloves into your robotics systems.
Deprecation of old MANUS licenses
Deprecated older MANUS licenses in favor of the new licensing system. Please ensure you are using a feature license to unlock the full potential of MANUS Core 3.0.0.
